William FRISTON was born here around 1799 and later lived in Alburgh, Norfolk.

This parish was the birthplace of Thomas ALDOUS who was born in 1873.  Thomas married Flora Sharman in 1906.

Close to the Norfolk border is St Cross, one of the villages now known as The Saints.
